US National Telecom will buy VoiceLogix

US National Telecom has signed an Offer of Intent to purchase VoiceLogix, a FloridaPBX VoIP services company.
Continuing its strategy in the wholesale voice market the company having aggressive expansion plans. The details of the terms will be disclosed when the offer has been accepted and final negotiations are complete. This acquisition will help accelerate USNT’s push into the SMB market and increase its relationship with VARs. The Company aims to establish many reseller agreements in the next six months. USNT’s subsidiary has already certified several telephone systems in conjunction with the Vitelity ServerSwitch. The VoiceLogix acquisition is expected to expand this initiative. VARStar partners will be able to confidently deploy VoIP services to most models of PBX systems and VoIP devices. The VARStar initiative, is an important growth strategy to expand nationwide and globally. US National Telecom was recently in news when it upgraded its network capacity with Internap due to increased customer traffic. They expects their position as a wholesale carrier solutions provider will grow, especially due to the increasing trend of small business interest in VoIP-powered PBX telephone systems.
