VOIP Business

Hello everybody I'm new and curious about VOIP. Suppose, I want to start a VOIP business giving services to my customers. I will take a voip bandwidth from BT.
Now should I need any type of connection or authorization to/from other countries ? Please clear this to me.Every help is precious. VOIP Gurus, please help me out. Thank You.

First you'll need a PSTN

First you'll need a PSTN (Public Standard telephone network) supplier, and one or more routers (depends on the traffic) to handle the incoming and outcoming calls, e.g. a Cisco 1760 router. You can connect up to 4 ports to each card and 4 cards for each router, this are 16 lines. The ports will be assigned to an IP address. When a customer dials the number of your IP address it will be routed to one of the FXS cards (Foreign Exchange Cards) of the Cisco router.

Hello Jim Thank you very much for your reply. can you clear one thing to me, suppose I've got everything as you advised. Now, do I need any kind of termination charge for calling country? Is there any setup required for the calling country? Best Regards and Thank You for your time.

Yes you have to buy

Yes you have to buy termination.
Price depends on the destination and the quality.
There are many resources online where you can buy them etc. at http://www.voip-traffic.com .
