Skype or Calling Card
I usually call with a calling card.
But I've heard that with Skype you also can call internationally. Do I need high speed Internet connection. Do both ends need a PC or can I call to a traditionally phone too? How is the quality?

The Skype voice quality is
You need a broadband Internet connection like DSL or cable.
You can call to traditionally phone lines.
The rate depends on the country you're calling but should be not more expensive as with a calling card. Within the Skype network all calls are free.
