The Skype does not ring with USB
on my PC.
There is an "alert" on the screen.Any Help?

Look if the audio properties
Examine the volume controls of the USB phone (Control Panel - section tabbed
Voice).
Select recording and playback and be sure the device is selected for use instead of laptop speakers/mic.
Also see Settings at
Skype>Tools>Options>General>Sound if your USB phone selected.
Skype doesn't provide an easy method switching devices.
The is a free Audio Device Changer for Skype available.
